How to get more people to use the windows mobile software called hubdog.com ?

What cost effective marketing strategies could you recommend to get people to use Hubdog.com ?

Online advertising is a really great way to build up publicity for hubdog.

I dont know what kind of budget you are working with but a PPC campaign may be good for you.
